Cam developed a love for timber framing while apprenticing for a successful timber frame home builder. He completed the Manitoba Carpentry Apprenticeship Program in 2010 where he excelled in his trade, graduating at the top of his class and received the Alberta Centennial Scholarship. After receiving his Red Seal Journeyman certificate, Cam decided to take the knowledge and experience that he had and start his own construction company.

Our Process
While our involvement in each project can be tailored to suit our customer’s needs, below is an abbreviated snapshot of what our participation in a typical, full-service project looks like.
PLANNING & CONSULT
Gaining a thorough understanding of your needs sets us on good ground to deliver a successful project. We’re here to listen to your vision and share our expertise and experience, walking alongside you to add value to your project.
Big picture planning, budgetary constraints and rough schedule are covered during this initial, exploratory session. From here we can provide a general estimate.
DESIGN
Once approval is given to proceed, we work with industry leading drafters and designers to provide 2D and 3D concepts for you to review.
Here we can make adjustments as necessary to respect your overall vision and budgets and refine the estimate as we close in on an agreed scope of work. Once final approval is given, finishes and details are finalized and procurement of materials for construction begins.
CONSTRUCTION & MANAGEMENT
After material lead-times are solidified we can begin building a schedule to follow and make the necessary preparations for construction to begin.
As the project progresses, regular oversight and communication ensures quality, budget, and timelines are maintained. A final inspection and walk-through after completion is then done with you. Much joy follows 😉
